Interview
The interview process was rigorous. I made it to the final stage and I did very well in this except for the coding section. The panelists were not diverse and many of them were friendly except one.

Referral team called me and understood what I was looking for and helped me match my skills with other open roles as well. They were open and honest about my profile and if it matches better with some other role
