First HR call over the phone to "casually" discuss your experience. I thought this was going to be a review of my past experience and my cv, but it was a formality or at least it felt like that

Tech and Behavioural checks with recruiter over the phone. It was almost as if he was just checking I was able to communicate, didn't ask any follow up.
Three rounds. Many conversations about technical knowledge and management skills. They asked more questions about management than technical knowledge.
