Interview
Very nice interview, 1 algorithmic problem, then technical questions like threads, design patterns, memory management and error handling. First, they have a 2 hours technical interview. If the feedback is positive, there is another 30 mins discussion with the project manager, where you discuss about the project and your responsibilities.
The interview process is very simply and consists of three parts, screen call with HR, technical interview and then you get offer. It takes about a week to pass all the stages.

first round: online test which includes aptitude,, logical, verbal ability, java, DBMS questions
second round: technical java question in details and DBMS
third round: technical java coding questions
