I wanted to share my experience with the hiring process, especially given the time invested. From the start, I never had the opportunity to interact with a human. After applying, I received what appeared to be an AI-generated automated message informing me that my resume had been reviewed and I was moving to the next stage: online assessments.
The process involved four timed assessments, ranging from 20 to 45 minutes each, with guidance suggesting that applicants study beforehand. Curious about how the process worked, I completed them all, dedicating several+ hours. However, after submitting each assessment, I received no confirmation that my work had been received or was under review. I also never received any feedback or results from my assessments.
A week after submitting my final test—before the stated two-week deadline—I received another automated message informing me that they were "flattered" I applied but were moving forward with candidates who more closely matched their criteria. At no point did I get any indication that my resume or test results were ever reviewed by a person.
Additionally, since test results were never shared, applicants are left without the opportunity to learn or improve from the process. For a company that promotes a people-first cultivating approach, this is disappointing.
