Through sophomore recruitment program. Selected for superday about two weeks after the event. Two 30-minute interviews with two interviewers in each (junior banker and an MD). Fairly straightforward, first one was just going through resumé and casual conversation. Second one was multiple behaviorals and very simple technicals at the end. Really enjoyed the process!

Superday was pretty standard. One markets (with a VP), one behavioral (with a director), and one technicals (with an analyst). The technicals were slightly different than the standard but nothing too crazy.

Very straightforward. One Behavioral interview, one technical interview, then into the superday. The superday was 3 separate interviews, mostly entirely behavioral. Not overly technical regarding the questions; must have solid knowledge of energy markets.
