First, you have a basic phone screen then you are asked to do a coding challenge. After that, you are asked to pair program with one of their engineers and then do an onsite.

Interview
The first step in the process was completing a technical challenge over the course of 2-3 days. Once this was vetted by the company, a member of the team scheduled a call with me to go over a technical question relating to challenges the company itself has faced. After a successful phone interview, I was invited to Moat's headquarters for an in-person interview with several members of the team.

Applied my resume online and after the initial chat with the HR, I got a front end assignment for building a autocomplete UI. After handed it, there is a no from their side without any meaningful feedback. This is so vague and makes me feel like totally wasting my time to put an elegant and efficient solution within the scope of their requirement.
