I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Long Beach, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
HR Rep sent me a list of questions (multiple 8-10) that I would think they would actually ask on an interview, which indicates that the recruiter is lazy and doesn't want to talk to the candidates and its easier to get 8-10 interview level questions and 2 Bonus questions responded to via email... which is one-way for the candidate. This creates a poor view of the company when the recruiters are not human-like. I sent the information back and NEVER received a thank you or follow-up. Followed-up at a later date after spending so much time responding to the questions he asked but never got the courtesy of a response? This sounds like a great company, but the recruiters are the first line of contact and this is how they represent the company.

I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
Grueling 3 month process, involving 3 interviews (not including the screening), only to be rejected in the end. I wasn't informed until I saw the same position reposted and applied to that to see what would happen. I had a positive opinion of this organizing until this experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Jul 2024
Interview
First interview with the recruiter, followed by a 30 min interview with a director and VP, the VP spent the entire 30 minutes talking and I was not asked a single question. After that I was ghosted, no follow up from the recruiter, no rejection email, nothing.

Interview
Recruiter contacted me for a phone screen few days later, communication was fast and he was flexible. It was a 15 to 20 minutes screen to lead to an interview.
