I applied online. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Sept 2020
Interview
Screening with HR, then 1st Round Interview with Hiring Manager, and then two 2nd round interviews with other leadership. All interviews were over the phone because of COVID. During my first 2nd round interview with VP, she rushed through everything making it feel like she was trying to get my off the phone. The other interviews went fine. After 2nd round interviews, I emailed HR to ask about next steps since they weren't explained very well. They ghosted me and then sent me an automated email. If a candidate takes time and effort to prepare for 3 interviews, the company should have the decency to personally inform the candidate that another candidate was selected. Its disrespectful otherwise.

Company doesn’t have time to prepare a proper JD

Interview
4 rounds: 1st with recruiter, 2nd with Directors, 3rd with VPs, 4th with one more VP
After having gone through 4 interviews, I have not heard back from them since then which seems unprofessional to me.
