Applied on November 10, and heard from a recruiter two days later for a ten minute phone screen. The recruiter said to expect a call from the hiring manager before the end of November, but that never happened. Recruiter said that the hiring manager is "very busy", and that I could expect a call before the end of December, but once again that never happened. On Dec 9, I contacted the recruiter by phone and email to find out when I can expect to hear from the hiring manager in December. Two weeks later, the recruiter replied that I'd hear back in "early January". Well, as January 21, still no call from a hiring manager. This is no way to treat potential employees.
