I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied online - called for an in person interview. Was told that the turnover was very high and that there would be no training, sink or swim. Was told by the director that I interviewed with that I would be offered the job. Called back for another in person interview - (Why I went is beyond me) was supposed to be with HR. Was told that HR was busy and couldn't see me so I met with another person. Several days later, informed that they were moving in another direction.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
Fairly straightforward, easy and quick to get interview scheduled. Met with recruiter then hiring manager. Molina practices majority remote work and interview was remote. There is some travel with some positions so keep that in mind on what business segment you work for and to ask recruiter. Benefits are great and given when meeting with recruiters.
