applied through an employment agency, ad didn't show company's name, went for interview with agency in the morning and same day afternoon the agency coordinated an interview with Molina @ a job fair they had on a hotel. I wen't, place was crowded and waiting time was about 2 hours. they just asked about past experiences, and few questions regarding healthcare just to make sure you know what you are applying for.

The interview questions were fairly standard. Name a weakness/strength. Tell me a time when you solved a problem and went above and beyond your duties. I was interviewed by two supervisors. One had a dominant personality and the other seemed to be shadowing.
