Overall it was a positive experience. After I applied, a recruiter quickly reached out (Amy) to set-up an initial call. She was friendly/professional, gave me details about the position, company and information about the rest of the hiring process. The next day I was contacted to set-up a zoom interview with the hiring managers (3). Interview was standard and took no longer than 30 minutes. In the end I was not offered the position, but I will continue to apply to other position at Molina Healthcare for these reasons;
- Good communication! Recruiter stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Even when I was told I didn't get the position I really appreciated that I was told versus being ghosted.
-Pay transparency. I was able to discuss desired pay in the initial call.
-Friendly employees. The recruiter and hiring managers all seemed so nice and genuinely passionate about their jobs and Molina.
