I received an offer for a position that I had to decline due to low pay being offered that they were unwilling to negotiate. The hiring manager, colleagues on the team, recruiter and work schedule seemed great though. I’ve applied to multiple other positions since declining and have not been able to progress. I’m wondering if they blacklist people who decline their offers.
