I got a 75%, which my friend also get the same but I was selected and he didn't. It is still a mystery to me. Anyway, the test was hard because there was time pressure) 3. Phone Interview with HR 4. One-day Assessment Center (I applied as a Manufacturing Management Trainee, so my AC took place in the company's factory. First they gave you a short presentation about the company, then give you a group case study that must be solved after you toured the factory. Then lunch. After lunch your group has to present your solution in front of the managers and answer theirs pop-up questions. Then another group case study but this time the assessors would be standing next to each members to judge their performaces. 5. Panel Interview (with ~6 mid-level manager) for selected candidates The panel interview was too lengthy. I had to wait ~2 hours for my turn. Pretty much questions following your CV, your work preference, etc.
