3 Levels (First 2 are important in 3rd they just explain about the company and ask whether you're fine )
1. Group Discussion :
Very general topic to test your confidence in speaking and communication
2. Communication test :
To check the confidence
Face to face conversation to test your communication
3. HR: They just explain the job

1.General topic in GD.
Asked about the advantages and disadvantages of social network with your intro.
2.Face to face conversation with interviewer to test your communication skills and confidence
Asked about the favourite movie and why.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Movate (Chennai)
Interview
1st Round : Communication (Grammar and sentence formation will be checked in this round, interviewer will expect to speak continuously in a single topic for at least 5 min without any mistake in the formation of sentence)
2nd Round : Technical (Basic Networking, Computer hardware questions will be asked in this round)
3rd Round : HR (Salary Dicsussion)

Interview
First round was about general discussion. Students were given with a topic and we have to talk for 2 minutes separately. In my panel there were 40 students and I only made to the second round.
Second round was a technical session. HR asked me about my project (which i am most comfortable of) and bingo! made to third round
Third round was more friendly and had general questions like will u work across india and hobbies etc..
