I applied after a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After applying on their website, I was emailed a link for a video interview. I had to answer 5 questions with unlimited re-do's and had a minute to complete the question. You could not see each question until you were ready to answer it.
First round with the recruiter which was straightforward. Next with head of division and a final one including a presentation to a panel. Was told what was expected. All were virtual due to COVID. First one was just a phone call

Interview
Three rounds- initial call with HR, then two interviews with senior employees. Took place online due to covid restrictions. Competency based questions alongside questions about CV. Friendly welcoming interviewers and useful HR contacts.
