Extremely long process that lasted 6 months. Very unprofessional with no communication between any of the steps .They did not ask me any useful questions. They only cared about revenue and working as many hours as possible.

Are you willing to work multiple roles at the same time? Are you willing to work during a sick day? Are you willing to work without any guidance or leadership?
4 rounds with talent acquisition, hiring manager, chief revenue Officer and aptitude test. Finally an offer. Some of us had to do a case study and present to the hiring manager and CRO

Quick, transparent, thorough. Drastically different from its competitors. The entire process is reduced to 3-4 interviews. Your manager, both founders, and the recruiter. Founders are extremely different so they are very unbiased upon interviewing you. They proud themselves on having 1 on 1 with their teams.
