Initially, an HR representative called me to schedule an interview for the weekend. When I followed up the day before to confirm, he informed me that they needed someone to start immediately and my notice period was too long, despite this being clear when the interview was originally scheduled.
A couple of weeks later, another HR representative contacted me to arrange an interview. I attended the scheduled interview, but upon arrival, she informed me that the interview panel was in a meeting and asked if we could reschedule. I agreed to this. However, after 2-3 days without any follow-up, I reached out to her. She promised to provide an update shortly but then stopped responding, and I suspect I may have been blocked.
This conduct is entirely unacceptable. It reflects a complete disregard for my time and professionalism. I expect better from an organization like Myntra, and this experience has left a very negative impression.
