Applied online for recruiter role. Interview organised within a week. Interviewer had an awful style - asking questions and not listening to my responses and cutting me off, came across as arrogant and uninterested. Told me the quantity of open roles they recruit for would be more than what I am used to... Without asking how much I usually deal with... Not a good message to send out in terms of candidate experience. Very happy not to move forward and work with this woman.
