Application: Got approached from internal recruiter via Linkedin. Excellent phone interview with recruiter followed 2days later later by home challange. The recruiter dug into my background and motivations for wanting to work for N26. I spend almost 4 days on completing the home challange but my work…. was not good enough. I was definately frustrated as I spent good amount of time on this challange. Doing it after work and during the weekend. I really appreciated the fact that recruiter passed me a feedback by the phone. The feedback was very detailed and gave me an understanding of the gaps. When I was asked to give them a feedback, I pointed out that some requirements should be defined upfront. Information about the visual and research part were not well described in the description. He said they will work on it. Overall process was solid and fast.
