It took quite long to reach an agreement of the interview date and I got stood up. Some technical problem happened on the other side. Recruiter wrote my name wrong in the email so I guess they don't care much about the candidate experience.

Zunächst erster Call mit Screening durch HR mit allgemeiner Vorstellung und Stellenbeschreibung. Daraufhin folgte ein Gespräch mit dem Team Lead mit technischerem Bezug. Die Kommunikation war klar und das Gespräch freundlich.
