      Counsel Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NAVEX

      Interview

First, you apply with a normal application. You then must complete a 15-minute "aptitude" (SAT-like) test, and a personality test. If you pass, you will have a phone screening, lasting approximately 30 minutes. If that goes well, you will then be required to prove you didn't cheat on the test, by going in person to re-take it or retaking it via video (another 15 minutes). If you again pass, you will then go for an in-person panel interview, lasting around 45 minutes. In total, you will have spent around 2.5 hours on this job application process- between the application, tests, phone interview and in person interview, which is significantly more than most jobs and a huge waste of time if you then don't go to work there. The in person interview is a strange mix of formal/informal.
