After passing the CV review I was given notice about a phone interview to take place within a week of submitting my CV. Asked some basic personal questions about myself, then asked about a few different situational questions and some generic interview questions; in total 4 questions. Following passing this stage I progressed to the interview stage at the retail site. Sat with manager and asked 4-5 questions, again about my self, some situational and then some questions in relation to actually working in that role.
