Interview
Applied online, was then called for a telephone interview, after that I was invited for face to face interview. I got a call about 2 week later telling I had got the job.
Simple and efficient - lasted around 30 minutes with typical strength based questions. This included how do you interact with customers, how do you handle difficult situations, and how do you bring your best self to work. You may even have a floor walk.
Phone interview where you will be asked general questions such as previous experience.
You will then be asked to attend an in person interview.
Overall it isn’t too difficult and just general retail questions.
Behaviour questionnaire to be completed online which took roughly an hour and had many glitches so had to keep going back actually got rejected from this then helped put as friends and family for sale and got the job
