Not really an interview- was asked was I still interested in the job and was offered a shift and invited along to an induction day. After being offered work she asked one question which was what I am passionate about in life. It was a pretty informal phonecall, was asked about where I study etc.

Received a phone call after two weeks of applying online. The phone call lasted around 10 minutes with interview questions without any previous notice. Had the offer straight and was invited for an induction

Took us upstairs to the staff room and then asked about availability etc, we then watched some dvd's on the sale and then were given a tour of the store. At the end she handed us our shifts for the sale period. All very simple.
