Interview
Casual telephone interview that lasted about ten minutes. Questions were simple and interviewer was friendly. Received an offer about half an hour after the interview for an in-person assessment. Assessment was a one hour taster of the job, was paired up with a member of staff.

Question 1
How would business operations be affected if Next don't meet their financial targets?
Some normal competency questions around experience, education and situational tasks. then spent a little time on the floor to practice interacting with customers and staff. Then we reviewed after and got offered the job.
quite a casual interview and made sure to make me feel at ease. in my case, me and other candidates were all waiting in one room waiting to be called for individual interviews
I was invited to the store and given a briefing and a quick chat. I was then asked to carried out a few tasks for about half an hour to learn what I could be doing and also to see how I would work in the store. I was also offered a £10 voucher for attending the interview.
