They sent a link to book a time, and I did that. The day before I got a message saying the booking was cancelled, never heard from them or anything. So strange and unprofessional. I assume they found their candidate before my interview, but even a rejection email would have been polite.
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS Supply Chain (Nottingham, England)

In person at head office
Forty five minutes
Follow up took 2 weeks
No feedback on performance given
2 interviewers, both members of SLT
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NHS Supply Chain (Nottingham, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
Initial screening call with HR.
Second stage was competency interview with hiring manager + senior manager.
Friendly and good conversation via Teams meeting. Questions average in terms of difficulty. Good one hour spent, job was explained well and with enough detail.
Downside: did not receive a phone call with feedback, only a generic email response which I thought was poor considering I had attended an interview.
