NHS Supply Chain interview questions

Competency, behaviour and skills based questions In person at head office Forty five minutes Follow up took 2 weeks No feedback on performance given 2 interviewers, both members of SLT

Initial screening call with HR. Second stage was competency interview with hiring manager + senior manager. Friendly and good conversation via Teams meeting. Questions average in terms of difficulty. Good one hour spent, job was explained well and with enough detail. Downside: did not receive a phone call with feedback, only a generic email response which I thought was poor considering I had attended an interview.
