Applied, process took 3 months. Didn't hear back after second to last interview but then they reached out months later for final round. They did apologize and explain the reasoning.

Why do you want to leave your current position and what excites you about the role
Interview was smooth and interviewers were nice. Did not get an offer though. I got a response to inform me of their decision. Look forward to try applying again in another position once there are openings

Interview
Applied online since August and got a call from HR in November. I had 2 interviews. The first one was with five Lead Analyst and then the second interview was with 3 managers and director. Overall was a good experience.
