Applied online. Got an e-mail to set up a phone interview with nurse recruiter. The phone interview went well, I was asked basic questions like why NYU, my experience leading up to nursing etc. Conversation ended on a positive note - recruiter said there will be opportunities and will set up interviews with unit managers She said she would contact me by the end of the week and if she didn't then I should follow up with her. I also had to take online personality battery test. I followed up multiple times with e-mails and phone calls. Now 3 weeks later still no response. Perhaps I didn't score well on the personality battery test but it would be more appropriate for them to simply tell me that rather than avoid my e-mails and phone calls.
