Online application followed up by an in-person interview in New York. Online application required a cover letter, resume, transcripts, and five references. In-person interviews were offered on an individual basis in New York, and you have to rank the top three units that you want to work on.

Interview process was very straight forward. I went into the office with a 30 minute interview that consisted of 3-4 questions. Around 30 people were brought in for interviewing that day, and each person went out with an HR employee. Wait time was no more than 30 minutes.
