1. Phone screen by HR and hiring manager
2. Onsite interview with 5 staff including CISO, hiring manager, staff member, HR, and IT audit manager.
3. They request 5 references and send them a 22 item survey. 3 of 5 have to be former managers and 2 can be peers and colleagues There is NO indication of a job offer being made.
4. HR informed that the department was going to a "budget review" and that there maybe a lengthy onboarding process.
