applied online about a week or 2 later had a phone screening (basic ques...why you applied etc etc). Received an invitation for a in-person interview a week later with 4 people- each interview were to last 1/2 hr. The interviewers were alright- one interviewer told me he has no idea why they have him interviewing candidates.
