Very quick process. One written interview and two interviews with different staff members. Everyone was very outgoing, transparent and informative. Very clear what the structure is and what the position entails.

Interview
It started with an online application, followed by a phone call to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. The person I spoke with was a very informed and engaged member of their staff team. Pretty straight forward approach asking about my experience and answering my questions. I asked about the culture and it sounds like a good, collaborative team.
