I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Natus Medical
First one was an informal chat to the manager and then there was face to face call with the sales director too,. The final stage was to present a business case. It was thorough, relaxed three stage interview.
- Give an example of a success I have had with an account or new business.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Natus Medical
Had first phone screen interview with the HR manager. Was told I would receive an invitation for a second interview in 2 days and that they were happy to recommend me further to the hiring manager. Never received any further email from the company. I tried to follow up via email a few times, np further communication from their end. Very unprofessional.
- Tell me a bit about yourself

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Natus Medical (Madison, WI)
It was very friendly. They were to the point and helpful. There were 4 interviews in total. The first one was with the recruiter over phone. The second one was with another recruiter. The third one was with the manager.
- Mostly related to the work experience

I interviewed at Natus Medical
Phone interview 30min with HR, more than 2weeks after sendingCV , which was a surprise to me. But they gave me flexible time options for the interview. Even in December 31st.
- What was the difficulties you had in previous job

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Natus Medical
1 Initial discussion with HR 2 Screening discussion with hiring manager 3 Technical interview with senior member 4 Interview with a senior leadership member The interviews were easy but nobody clearly told the expectations from the role. Process was really slow. They were not really prepared and were all over the place. They seemed rigid about things and never felt good talking to any of the members and sadly they all were very senior members.
- General questions about the role

I was contacted by the HR about an opening and was asked to apply online. After applying, I was interviewed by the HR Representative. Interview involved work experience related questions.
- Regular work experience related questions, why do you want to change the job, etc.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Minneapolis, MN
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Natus Medical (Minneapolis, MN) in Jul 2021
Company recruiter reached out via email to screen me. Company HR reached out to schedule zoom interviews. Everyone involved in the process were very helpful and knowledgeable about the position.
- Will you share an example of a time you provided onsite training and support to customers or potential customers?

Anonymous Employee
I applied online. I interviewed at Natus Medical
Initial phone interview was scheduled. The recruiter called and said the job had already been offered to another candidate. I did not even get a chance to interview. As a protected class employee, this was very frustrating - and possibly illegal in my state.
- We have already offered this role to another person. Would you be interested in being considered for future roles?

Anonymous Employee in Somerset, KY
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Natus Medical (Somerset, KY) in Nov 2019
Had to do multiple phone interviews. Process was easy and the interviewers were very friendly. They asked basic interview questions about yourself and your previous work history. They will answer any questions you have as well.
- What makes you interested in this position?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Natus Medical
Received a screening call from representative who spent most of the time talking about herself. Received a second call from her subordinate who found my application and recognized my professional match for the position. Promised to follow-up with me and never did. I believe this company needs HR help as Talent Acquisition really means Talent Rejection or else Discrimination.
