First one was an informal chat to the manager and then there was face to face call with the sales director too,. The final stage was to present a business case. It was thorough, relaxed three stage interview.

Had first phone screen interview with the HR manager. Was told I would receive an invitation for a second interview in 2 days and that they were happy to recommend me further to the hiring manager. Never received any further email from the company. I tried to follow up via email a few times, np further communication from their end. Very unprofessional.

Received a screening call from representative who spent most of the time talking about herself. Received a second call from her subordinate who found my application and recognized my professional match for the position. Promised to follow-up with me and never did. I believe this company needs HR help as Talent Acquisition really means Talent Rejection or else Discrimination.
