Standard panel interview with behavioral questions. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management and the engineers and I got the vibe they only know buzzwords but not what they actually mean. For instance I was told their software developers are individually designing full systems from scratch every sprint which is certainly not true. The engineers and developers themselves seemed like they would be great people to work with though.

For being fresh out of college, it was mainly talking about any sort of relevant projects I worked on and generally wanted to know me more as a person before knowing my technical skillset.
