1st interview was a standard phone screen. 2nd interview was in person with HR, then the President and a Director. The tone for all of my interviews was very straight forward, rather casual, discussion style interviews. None of the questions was out of the ordinary...what is my management style? How do I manage conflict? Where do I see myself in 3, 5 years?
