Applied online and got an email back the next day for a personality test. Took the personality test and it took them 2 weeks to call me back for an interview for the next week. Went to a 3:1 interview and they had a list of about 20 interview questions they all went over with me one by one. At the end of the interview they told me that I would be contacted in 2 weeks if I got the position. It has been two weeks and no call back so I assume I didn't get the part.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
