I was contacted by a recruiter, for a PM INfrastructure Position for Data Center build from the ground up to be located in Pensecola, FL. Because of solid experience in IT infrastructure for Data Center and Facilities in Health care, Financial, Retail, Defense, GOV, Etc..

Question 1
The firm mentioned that prior to being submitted I would have to either provide a screen shot of a recent Credit report, or allow them to access my credit report. This a requirement demanded by Navy federal. Failure to do so would disqualify me for submission.
Thank you for your feedback. We do check credit history through a service once a candidate is selected but do not ask for recent credit reports upfront. This may have been the policy of the staffing firm you were submitted by. We will monitor this with our current vendors. We appreciate this information.
