Submit online app. Take assessment. After passing assessment if qualified you will be called for an interview. During interview you will have to write an essay. After interview A few days later if passed you will get a job offer. And you will have to pass pre employment screening (background check)
Straightforward and very simple interview and requires minimal preparation. Be prepared to discuss your history and try to tie in your past experience with what you want your current role to be.

It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
