🔴🔴Completely ill-managed process. No regards for the values of job seekers. Results are given 4 months after the written tests, that too not sure about the final shortlists. Everyday a new list of shortlists comes up in HR's mindset! These people are so illogical that they remove top performing candidates from their selected list of candidates and give a chance to low performing candidates just 2 days ahead of the interview process, when every informed student is at a peak of their preparations. And accordingly some are able to get to the interviews after so many acceptances and rejections.
Doesn't take up any queries.
Not safe to join the company in future career prospective as the company also binds the joining employee in 2yrs bond service period.
However, the interview process is simple.
Written test, 3rounds of interview.
Consists of mainly logical quantitative and analytical skills, basic coding questions and OOPS concept.
Don't keep high hopes from the company as it "never returns".
In other words, the company is just ruining young, bright, talented engineers' future.
