Never ever give interviews for Netcracker. It's just a waste of your valuable time!! It was pathetic experience. One of the interviewers was good and then I was interviewed by the manager for around 30 mins. They asked for all the documents, some initial salary discussion and then they put me on the waitlist until they found people who would be cheaper to hire based on their budget. Responses were slow, they barely cared for quality and were just winging it.
