Netcracker Technology Tech Manager interview questions

Had a technical round by a senior manager and then by his supervisor. Went well and the supervisor who was the hiring manager discussed compensation details and got verbal confirmation that I will get offer. HR called next day and discussed the offer. Haven't heard back since. Followed up thrice and told that he will get back. Request HR to close discussion in a professional way. Was interviewed around 6 months back.
