I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Netflix (Singapore) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process spanned four rounds over two months, and I met nine team members, all very welcoming and friendly. The final was tough and took a month to get the decision, the recruiter stayed in touch and was incredibly helpful. Overall, a great experience. I received a call for the rejection with an explanation on why they went with the other candidate.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Gatos, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very detailed with each interview, I had six total, focused on a specific area (leadership, partnership, culture fit, etc.). The culture memo is definitely lived, not just on paper. For leadership is was about how you handle low performers and how you work to build culture on your team.
Great interview with senior stakeholders asking questions about experience and sharing insights into the workplace culture and the job itself. Stakeholders highlight what experience they are looking for and what to expect in the first 90 days.
