Called me back after several months of resume submission. Interview was thorough and helpful. Asked many basic questions such as "Why makes you competitive" and "what are some of your personal flaws". Overall great interview. Office was lavish, location is in Fairport, which is quite an uppity part of Rochester.

Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
