Interview
The initial interview process was okay, just a long process. My initial contact was pleasant to work with. The nightmare was at the end of the process, during the final interview, I was asked about my special needs child. The manager seemed really concerned as to what care my child would need and not what I could bring to the agency

Question 1
The funny thing was the initial interviews were nothing like the stories on glass door. The final interview I was asked if I could come up with 10 people that we could talk to and the managers concern about the care needed for my special needs child.
An AI bot was asking me questions, very unpersonalized. It would have been nice to at least speak to someone and have the opportunity to showcase my abilities. Do not Recommend!

I did original except an offer, I later left due to the miss information presented during the interview process.
