I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at New York Life in Jan 2012
Interview
Just went to the interview today, he mainly talked about the company and the kind of people they're looking for.. Told this was 2 step process, with that interview being the first step. Gave me info & online application to fill out if interested in proceeding to next step. He didn't have too many questions for me, surprisingly. It seemed like he was "selling" the job more than interviewing me!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
