The interview was conducted via phone interview. Answering questions from the manager. Talk about the position and job duty. After the phone interview, the manager scheduled a time in office interview.
Only have done screening round so far. Was asked about 5 questions and they were well structured and led by interviewer. Started very general and then asked for a few examples.

First interview is just a basis of telling you what the company does. A beefed up questioning asking what your work style is like. No information on salary or anything until the second interview.
