I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at New York Life (Fresno, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
First they'll send you a questionnaire to "see if you're the right fit" for the insurance agent position. The score doesn't really matter that much, it's the interview in person that counts more. You'll be choose based on your likeness more than anything, but the sales manager will be in close contact with you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Past experience in sales, why I'm interested in getting into the industry, what's my work ethic like and what are my goals.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2026
Interview

Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.
