The process is way too long for how low their pay is. First is a screening call, then a 3-4 hour long assessment. After this, three rounds coding, machine learning round and project presentation. They take too much time to schedule each of this. My interviewers came across as not smart and were trying incredibly hard to seem smart pulling some random stat concept and asking do you think this will be better for this, when we were talking about my work. Overall I didnt think it was a good fit and they didnt either I guess.

I had a behavioral interview first and then technical interview. I wrote the exam I am waiting for the response from them. In behavioral interview they asked questions to understand by background and all. Thank you.
