Completely unprofessional and disorganized recruiting. After having an on-site interview and told that I would be having a follow-on, I never heard back. Once I followed up they sent a generic rejection letter but had my name wrong and position applied for incorrect along with CC'ing another candidate. If this is how the company is run, I think I may have dodged a bullet.
